Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of ProjectReportBank.com and the general terms applicable to enquiries and professional services arranged through this website.
1. About ProjectReportBank.com
ProjectReportBank.com provides educational and project-related information and facilitates access to professional services relating to Detailed Project Reports (DPR), CMA Data, financial projections, financial modelling, project feasibility, project finance, business planning, valuation, investor presentation and fundraising-related assignments.
62 Palace Road
Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using ProjectReportBank.com, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation or engaging professional services through the website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions to the extent applicable to your use or engagement.
If a separate quotation, proposal, engagement letter, scope document or written agreement is issued for a particular professional assignment, the specific terms of that document will apply to that assignment and will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with these general Terms & Conditions.
3. Website Information
Articles, project guides, calculations, examples, cost estimates, industry information, financial illustrations and other publicly available content on ProjectReportBank.com are intended primarily for general information, education, preliminary research and project planning.
General website content should not be treated as a customised professional opinion for a specific project, borrower, investor, business or transaction.
4. Professional Engagement
A professional assignment begins only when the relevant scope, professional fee and material engagement terms have been accepted between the concerned parties and any required initial payment or information has been received.
A general enquiry, telephone conversation, WhatsApp communication, email exchange, website visit or preliminary discussion does not by itself create a professional engagement.
5. Scope of Professional Services
The exact scope of each professional assignment depends upon the service requested, project requirements, available information and terms communicated in the relevant quotation or proposal.
Services may include, where specifically agreed:
- Detailed Project Reports and loan proposals
- CMA Data preparation
- Financial projections and financial modelling
- Project feasibility and viability studies
- Project finance and loan structuring assistance
- Business plans
- Business valuation assignments
- Investor pitch decks and investor-ready DPRs
- Fundraising advisory and investor outreach support
- Related project and financial advisory services
Any service not expressly included in the agreed scope may require additional information, time and professional fees.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate and timely information reasonably required for the professional assignment.
This may include promoter information, financial statements, quotations, project costs, machinery information, production capacity, selling prices, operating costs, funding requirements, existing liabilities, statutory information and other relevant documents.
Unless specifically included within the agreed scope, information supplied by the client may be relied upon without independent audit or verification.
7. Assumptions and Financial Projections
DPRs, CMA Data, feasibility studies, business plans and financial models may include assumptions regarding future revenue, capacity utilisation, costs, working capital, finance, repayment, profitability and other commercial factors.
Unless expressly agreed under a separate professional scope, projected financial information should not be interpreted as audited or certified future financial results.
8. Professional Fees and Payment
Professional fees will be communicated through the relevant quotation, proposal, service page or other written communication.
Unless different payment terms are specifically communicated for a particular assignment, the standard payment structure may be: 30% advance at commencement and 70% balance after submission of the first complete draft, before final release.
Work may commence only after receipt of the applicable advance payment and sufficient project information.
Applicable taxes, government charges, third-party expenses, travel, specialised research, external technical work or other out-of-scope costs, if any, may be charged separately where agreed.
9. Timelines
Any timeline communicated for a professional assignment is generally based upon timely receipt of complete information, clarifications and client approvals.
Delays in receiving documents, quotations, project assumptions, management decisions, lender requirements or other necessary information may result in corresponding changes to delivery timelines.
Timelines stated on individual service pages or quotations should be treated as the applicable indicative timeline for that particular assignment.
10. Drafts, Review and Revisions
Draft reports or financial models may be shared for client review, clarification and correction before finalisation.
Revisions reasonably connected with the agreed scope may be handled according to the support or revision terms communicated for the relevant service.
Major changes to project capacity, product mix, location, funding structure, assumptions, machinery, ownership structure or business model after substantial work has been completed may be treated as an additional or revised scope of work.
11. Cancellation and Refunds
Because professional assignments involve customised analytical and drafting work, fees relating to work already commenced or completed are generally treated as earned against the services performed.
If an assignment is cancelled, any refund or adjustment, if applicable, will depend upon the stage of work completed, expenses incurred and the specific terms communicated for that assignment.
Any service-specific cancellation or refund condition contained in an accepted quotation or written agreement will apply to that engagement.
12. Bank Loans and Project Finance
Preparation of a DPR, CMA Data, financial projections or loan proposal does not guarantee sanction, approval or disbursement of finance.
The concerned bank or financial institution independently determines credit eligibility, sanctioned amount, margin, security, interest rate, repayment terms, working capital limits and other conditions.
13. Fundraising and Investor Services
Investor-ready DPRs, valuations, pitch decks, financial models, fundraising advisory and investor outreach services are intended to assist the client in presenting and evaluating a business opportunity.
Such services do not guarantee investor meetings, funding, acceptance of a particular valuation, issuance of a term sheet, transaction completion or receipt of investment funds.
14. Business Valuation
Valuation outcomes depend upon the information available, valuation date, assumptions, forecasts, methodology, market conditions and the specific purpose of the assignment.
A valuation prepared for one purpose should not automatically be used for another purpose without considering whether the assumptions and scope remain appropriate.
15. Government Schemes, Subsidies and Incentives
Any information provided regarding subsidies, government schemes, MSME benefits, PLI programmes, credit schemes or incentives is subject to the latest rules, eligibility conditions, availability and decisions of the concerned authorities.
No subsidy, incentive or government benefit is guaranteed merely because it has been discussed in a report, proposal or website article.
16. Sample Reports and Illustrative Content
Sample reports, financial schedules, project examples and demonstration documents available on ProjectReportBank.com are provided to show possible report structure, presentation and analytical coverage.
Illustrative sample information should not be treated as the final report for an actual business and should not be submitted to a bank, investor or authority as a customised professional report.
17. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
Website content, original report structures, presentation formats, templates, written material, graphics and other proprietary content remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights.
A client may use a final customised deliverable for the legitimate business, financing, investor or project purpose for which it was prepared, subject to the relevant engagement terms.
Website content, sample reports, templates or professional deliverables may not be reproduced, resold, republished, commercially distributed or presented as another person’s original professional work without appropriate permission.
18. Confidentiality and Client Information
Client information and project documents received for professional assignments are intended to be used for the relevant assignment and associated communications, subject to applicable professional, operational and legal requirements.
For more information about personal data and website information, please review our Privacy Policy .
19. Third-Party Services and External Platforms
The website or professional assignments may involve third-party communication, hosting, payment, banking, software, government or other external platforms.
ProjectReportBank.com does not control the availability, policies, security or independent decisions of such third-party providers.
20. Electronic Communication
Communication may take place through email, WhatsApp, telephone, website forms or other electronic means.
Clients should ensure that the contact details supplied by them are correct and should promptly communicate any change in authorised contact information.
21. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ProjectReportBank.com, the website owner and the professional service provider are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information where a project-specific professional assessment would reasonably have been required.
Professional outputs depend materially upon the accuracy and completeness of information, assumptions and documents supplied for the engagement.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any obligation or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
22. Disclaimer
These Terms should be read together with the separate Disclaimer , which explains important limitations relating to website information, financial projections, project costs, bank finance, investors and third-party decisions.
23. Suspension or Refusal of Service
A professional assignment may be declined, paused or discontinued where necessary, including where required information is not provided, agreed payments remain outstanding, instructions are unclear, requested work falls outside the agreed scope, or continuation would be inappropriate under applicable professional or legal requirements.
24. Changes to Website and Services
Website content, service descriptions, pricing, scope, features and availability may be updated from time to time.
Changes to general website information do not automatically alter the terms of an already accepted professional engagement unless separately agreed.
25. Governing Principles
These Terms & Conditions are intended to operate in accordance with applicable laws and professional requirements in India.
Any dispute relating to a specific professional assignment should first be addressed with reference to the applicable quotation, engagement terms and communications between the parties.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions should, to the extent legally possible, continue to operate.
27. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be revised from time to time to reflect changes in website operations, services, professional practices or applicable requirements.
The latest version published on this page will apply to subsequent use of the website and new enquiries, subject to any separately agreed professional engagement terms.
