  • Place the reinforcement materials with slurry in moulds. The top surface is smoothed using wooden or direct wooden boards, and the extra material is recycled by slurry mixing.
  • Properly fixed boards are removed from moulds and placed three to four days on wooden racks to be dried in the shade. Gypsum panels are stacked in onboard sheets and cartons for sale after drying.
